Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Nevertheless, we are often confronted with a supposedly ideal image of beauty, which can put us under massive pressure. Beauty is as individual as we are and every person can become aware of this uniqueness. Incidentally, this applies not only to beauty, but to the entire personality. When we do what makes us happy and does us good, we radiate it. And that makes us beautiful. If we appreciate ourselves and our personality, free ourselves from perfectionism and pressure from outside, this helps us to have more well-being, health and also beauty.

Not only the health of the body plays an important role, but also how well we feel mentally and emotionally in our own skin. If our organism is too intensively challenged in the short term or over a long period of time, mentally and/or physically, we become ill. It doesn't matter whether the stress is physical or mental. The organism always responds with similar reactions. Chronic stress in particular, i.e. negative emotional stress with a lot of worries, a lot of anger and disappointments, is “normal” for many people and part of everyday life. Chronic stress weakens our immune system, impairs blood circulation and lymphatic flow, consumes more micronutrients, and promotes inflammation. And of course this can show up on our skin and become visible. (worry lines, pale complexion, restless complexion). In addition to the constant stress, there is also a lack of exercise, too much of a high-calorie, nutrient-poor diet or, in the worst case, a whole toxic cocktail of it. And that makes us sick. SO IMPORTANT: THE BEAUTY SLEEP
If there is a lack of restful sleep over a longer period of time, this will also leave its mark due to the lack of nightly regeneration. Many people are also unaware that late, heavy dinners and exposure to blue light before bed (laptop, cell phone and television) prevent melatonin production. And until now there are still no well-functioning blue light filters. But without melatonin, no nightly regeneration can take place and that affects the entire body and thus also the skin.
HEALTHY AGING
Instead of antiaging. Not against us, but for us. We are not talking about a fast-moving trend or hype here, but about a conscious attitude. We want to feel comfortable in our skin with holistic and deeply effective skin care and a positive and benevolent way of life that focuses on our health. Tip:
So important and yet so often underestimated: the toner restores the natural pH value of the skin after facial cleansing. This is because it becomes more alkaline and therefore more susceptible to irritation or impurities as a result of cleaning or the use of (often calcareous) water. A toner restores the natural balance and optimally prepares the skin for the next care steps (serum, cream).
